Hi, I’m Shivani Kohli.
Artist, illustrator, muralist—and someone who once sat at a desk in a corporate job, wondering if life had something more in store.
It did.
Fifteen years ago, I left my role at American Express and took the leap into the unknown. All I had was a sketchbook, a love for drawing, and the quiet but persistent belief that if I showed up for art every single day, it would show up for me. And it has, again and again.
Today, I run Artickle, my creative studio where I build illustrated worlds on walls, on paper, and for brands who want to tell stories that feel deeply human. I’ve worked with names like L’Oréal India, Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Smoke House Deli, IIT Jodhpur, and the Embassy of Switzerland, turning spaces into experiences and branding into living, breathing stories.
But beyond the work and the walls, art for me is a daily ritual. It’s how I understand the world. It’s how I heal, connect, and stay curious. The process, the quiet hours spent with ink-stained fingers, chasing an idea across a blank page that’s the part I live for. The final piece is just the cherry on top.
